It’s been slow

There just hasn’t been a lot going on here recently.  It’s harvest time, I guess.   And stuff.  What?   But I did see this court reporter-embellished note worthy of mention — because the DA’s office takes zealous advocacy very seriously!

>>Gregory Young failed to fill out his fishing license. Tim Stoen, lead attorney for the DA’s office on the coast, argued in vain for a full, standard sentencing. Judge Lehan believed Young’s story and fined him on the infraction level. He will owe the court $563.<<
