1. Who is Peri?
Peri is a born-bred-raised-fed New Yorker who is very well-educated (Johns Hopkins University, Yale Law, Columbia J-School), practiced law, and now lives in Mendocino, CA among artists, retirees and “growers.”
2. What is Peritopia?
Peritopia refers to Peri’s world, such as it is. The website first went live in 1998 (really) but took a hiatus a year or so ago when Peri went through the magical process of uprooting her life (again).
3. What does Peri do in Mendocino?
You are looking at it. Plus, she occasionally builds fires, rakes leaves, and cuts grass — pretty much what you would expect someone who grew up on Fifth Avenue to be doing. ”Green Acres are the place to be…”
4. Is Peri married?
Just once. Not again.
5. Does Peri have kids?
Yes, Peri has a daughter named Somerset. She is 8, going on 18.
